At WAY we’re building the IT management platform of the future.
A new WAY to deal with IT easily by bringing everything necessary to make and keep a team productive into one. No words nobody understands, no complicated configurations. It just works.
WAY is about making IT as easy as ordering something off Amazon for people who traditionally don’t deal with IT: People Teams, Office Managers, Founders Associates or any other person who took over an IT job once in the past and stuck with it for ever and always.

The most amazing thing about building WAY together is that us and only us decide about what we’ll do and what not. Anything that brings us closer to our goals we’ll try. We highly value speed. Often we publish multiple features in a single week. We’ll always try to do things differently than how they have been done before. Tweak things - get to the core of the actual problem. Otherwise building it wouldn’t make too much sense in the first place.
We believe a great workplace is primarily about people. Not about an office, free food, memberships or other perks. For senior staff we strongly believe in independence. Nobody will ever check your working hours - What matters to us is that you get your job done. That’s why we don’t care from where you’ll work as long as you’ll be available during our core working times.
For less experienced staff we think guidance and learning are extremely important. That’s why we’ll always match you in a location with more senior people.
Our team is the best part about WAY. We are currently in a phase of very fast experimentation and product building. Our goal is building a world class product instead of building a large organization. We can still do that once we found true product market fit. That’s why we are very careful about every hire we make because every new team member has tremendous impact on WAY and how the company evolves.
